We offer two wedding planning services to suit every requirement and budget. We can assure our clients that our wedding services offer great value for money and are very competitively priced. Based on our experience we can offer solutions to suit all budgets and requirements to ensure your perfect Spanish wedding.
Standard Service - €500
This is a basic service for couples who wish to arrange their own wedding in Spain but require assistance with booking a church or wedding ceremony and help with the paperwork involved. Services include:
• Guide to paperwork for church and civil weddings
• Booking of church, blessing ceremony or civil wedding
• Registration of marriage with local Spanish Civil Registry
Payment Required: €500 due upon booking.
Premier Service - €800
This service offers a complete solution for couples who need help in arranging their perfect wedding in Spain. We prepare your wedding plan from start to finish, show you around venues and churches, and arrange all suppliers from our extensive supplier database. One of our planners will be present on your wedding day from the start of hair and make up right up until the first dance to ensure that everything happens as instructed. This leaves you and your partner free to mingle with guests and have a stress free wedding day. Services include:
• Unlimited consultations via telephone and e-mail
• 2 x one hour meetings in our Spanish Office
• Booking of venue
• Budget control
• Wedding guest management
• Booking of reputable suppliers
• Booking of church/registry office and all paperwork involved
• Church singer/choir/musician
• Reception – Supervision of venue and arrangement of food tasting if required
• Wedding checklist
• Flowers
• Make-up artist
• Hairdresser
• Transport & accommodation
• Photographers
• DJ/Band/Entertainment
• Wedding cakes
• Beauty treatments
• Videographer
• Seating plan
• Wedding theme
• Wedding rehearsal
• Excursions
• Organisation of deposits, due dates for full payment
• Organisation of airport transfers
• Booking of accommodation for you and your guests
Payment required: 400€ before venue and church selection.
400€ upon booking venue.
