The house sleeps 6 comfortably, from the large roof terrace there are views over the old town to the sea, the castle and the mountains. The roof terrace also has a shower area, for those hot days and an" al-fresco" kitchen comprising of a sink, fridge and grill platter. On the ground floor you find, the lounge with two sofas and TV with satellite, and a large modern fully equipped kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms are one double and two twin rooms the bathroom is fully tiled with sink, toilet and bath tub with shower over.

• We provide all towels and linen but not pool/beach towels,  The property is clean on your arrival and is fully cleaned again on your departure. An extra, mid stay maid service can be requested if required.  We also leave additional towels and linen in the apartment.

NOTES ON PRICES

Prices are for the property per week Pounds sterling.  A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 2 months before arrival. A 200 pound security deposit is required with the balance, this will be refunded 2 weeks after your departure when the house has been checked.

Almunecar and its handsome Moorish castle sit on a small hill between the mouths of two rivers. Almunecar has managed to retain the atmosphere and character of an old Spanish town with winding narrow streets and tapas bars. Besides tourism, fishing and the growing of tropical fruits remain at the heart of the town's day to day life.
Almunecar has beaches with good facilities - beach beds and parasols for hire, showers and toilets and life-guards in high season. The beach fronts are lined with typical Spanish restaurants and bars serving delicious seafood and tapas.
The town has a water park, bird park and botanical gardens.
There is an open air market every Friday selling Spanish leather goods and pottery as well as bargain clothing.
The first Saturday of each month is the craft and flea market- well worth a browse
