Situated in a peaceful position with spectacular sea views, the villa caters for up to 6 people. Access to the villa is via a secured gate. A good variety of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the local town of Salobreña.
This is a superb 3 bedroom holiday rental villa consisting of a master bedroom with a super-king bed and en-suite with bath and shower over, two twin bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The large and spacious lounge/diner is furnished to a high standard, the dining area has large patio doors on all sides with superb views over the pool, terrace and on to the sea. The Kitchen is spacious and fully equiped. Outside the private swimming pool is heated and the large terrace offers plenty of outside dining. There is a pool bar with barbeque, sun-loungers and umbrellas. The well stocked garden has a mixture of fruit trees and plants local to the area.
The pretty Mediterrean towns of Salobrena and Almunecar are only a short drive from the villa. During the summer months both towns are host to many cultural and musical events. The Costa Tropical coastline is steeped in history and rich with historic sites and monuments there are many organised tours and events available. NOTES ON PRICES
Prices are for the property per week in pounds sterling. A 30% deposit is required within 7 days from initial reservation, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, a 200 pound security deposit is required with the balance, in case of breakages, damage or electricity (winter lets only). If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full.
For winter lets(October-April) electricity used will be charged at cost (0.15 euros per Kwh) Pool heating will be charged at the same rate.

LOCAL INFORMATION
Salobreña is a pretty traditional Spanish town where the snow topped Sierra Nevada mountains can be seen from the beach. Situated by the Mediterranean sea it proudly shows off the 10th century Moorish castle built 105 meters above sea level with the white-washed Andalucian village nestled on the rocks below.
At the bottom of the old town the new part of Salobreña has been thoughtfully developed with wide landscaped streets that are lined with palm trees and a variety of houses and small apartment blocks.
An assortment of tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are easily accessible throughout the town, and during the summer months Salobreña hosts many events and fiestas including concerts, theatre productions, flamenco dancing and bull fights.
Water sports, deep sea fishing, golf, quad bike safaris and rambling tours are just some of the activities available locally.
