This beautiful villa is centrally located on the costa de Sol just 15 minutes from Malaga airport, close to Benalmadena with Tivoli world and the prize winning Puerto Benalmadena. The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful panoramic views over the coastline and the Mediterranean sea. The living room has a lob burning fireplace and comfortable sofa seating arrangement for 6 people, TV and DVD with international channels.
The living room opens to a dining area and large, fully fitted American kitchen. Also from the living room you enter a corridor where you find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom is located at the end of the corridor and is equipped with a comfortable sleeping couch for two. Larger families will benefit from the small apartment with its large double bed and shower room which is connected to the house. The garden has a private pool, a terrace for outside dining and a open air hot tub with stunning views over the valley and garden to the coast beyond.
