The living accommodation is set out as follows the upper level has 5 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 3 twins, 2 ensuite, 1 family bathroom with separate shower and a separate cloak room. The large open plan living/dining area has seating for up to 8 people inside and a further 8 people on the terrace outside.

This villa is in a fabulous location with breathtaking views, great for golf, family relaxation or what ever you fancy. A quiet location yet less than two kilometres away from supermarkets, shops, restaurants and banks. The long sandy beaches are just 10 minutes away. A car is recommended but is not a must, at the entrance to the villas there is a bus service that can take you up to the village of Mijas and beyond or down into Bemalmadena. Malaga airport is only 20 minutes from the villas.

The accommodation is over 3 levels with terraces off of each, recently refurbished, the airconditioned villa is set on the hillside with several sunny terraces with lovely views. The pool terrace has a barbecue area, there is a large outdoor dining terrace which is surrounded by the garden with orange and lemon trees. There is a self contained apartment with its own cooking facilities and bathroom, off of the dining terrace.
