Welcome to our villa, just a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful and enchanting village of Benalmadena Pueblo. We have 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 14 adults and 2 infants (a further bed is available on request). 2 of the bedrooms have king sized beds, 4 have twins and there is a further double bedroom with walk in wardrobe. The living accommodation is set out as follows the upper level has 5 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 3 twins, 2 ensuite, 1 family bathroom with separate shower and a separate cloak room. The large open plan living/dining area has seating for up to 8 people inside and a further 8 people on the terrace outside.

The beautiful quality fitted kitchen boasts Miele appliances including a dishwasher, steam oven, regular oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge are double glazed patio doors leading out on to the terrace with views stretching from the Sierra Nevada to Benalmadena port around to Fuengirloa and towards Gibralter. On the lower level there is a totally independent 2 bedroom apartment with a good sized lounge/diner, kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin, there is also a newly fitted family bathroom. The doors from the lounge open straight out on to the huge terrace and pool area. Out side is a further kitchen/BBQ area. The pool is heated (in the winter) and is equipped with lighting and access steps, to the side is a large grassed area with a full sized trampoline. Bed linen, hand/bath towels and a beach towel per visitor are provided and if a mid fortnightly linen change is required there is a 120 euro charge.

Rental of the villa also includes the free use of two vehicles, a 9  and  7 seater people carriers. Airport collection can also be arranged.

CLEANING/LINEN/TOWELS/MAID SERVICE

• We provide all bed linen, hand/bath and a beach towels per person. If a mid fortnightly linen change is required there is a 120€ extra charge. The property is clean on your arrival and is fully cleaned again on your departure, if you require a mid stay clean this is charged at 15€ per hour.

NOTES ON PRICES

Prices are for the property per week in euros.  A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks before occupation. A refundable security deposit, of 250€, is required with the balance.
