The district is made up of small white houses where you can wander through the pretty narrow streets with its many tapas bars, restaurants and many places of interest . The area is opposite the Famous Alhambra palace and is less than 5 minutes to the town centre. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is just 30 minutes drive and the coastal resorts of the Costa Tropical just 45 minutes. 

The property is arranged over 2 floors with a garden and has a supermarket, bakers, restaurant and bus stop close by. The ground floor has a lounge/diner with sofa to sleep 5th person, fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob. The first floor has 2 twin bedrooms with wardrobes and views to the garden. The bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, wc and bidet and hairdryer. There is central heating and air conditioning to both floors. This makes a great base to discover the fantastic city of Granada and the surrounding area.
