The village of Lobres is perfectly situated just off of the main road to Granada, on the Costa tropical. The larger towns of Motril and Salobrena, with thier beautiful beaches and vast array of shops are less than ten minutes away as are the golf courses of Los Moriscos and Santa Clara with a further three courses in the area.  The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is only one hour from the house.

The house is on the first, quiet, street as you enter the village and is under 18 years of age and has plenty of natural light through out. The private garden has fruit trees and shrubs and ample space to construct a swimming pool and terrace.

The actic bedroom is a very large space with four single beds  and   another terrace with fantastic views to salobrena castle and the sea.
The village is well served with two small supermarkets, plus a supply of local produce, tapas bars can also be also found in the village.
