The lower orchard has 30 fruit trees and there is ample parking space. A well furnished villa. The property is very secure and accessed via electric gates.

• We provide all towels and linen including pool/beach towels,  The property is clean on your arrival and is fully cleaned again on your departure.  An extra, mid stay maid service is also provided for bookings of 2 weeks or longer.  We also leave additional towels and linen in the house.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Steeped in history Salobreña dates back to the 10th century.  With an ancient Moorish castle built 105m above the sea level Salobreña is a town where the old meets the new.  The old town built underneath the castle is a labyrinth of pretty narrow streets, with white washed houses decorated with colourful floral displays.  The new part of the town has wide well landscaped roads, with a variety of houses and apartments.

It benefits from a long, wide beach where water sports can be found.  Conditions for snorkelling and diving are excellent with a recently built reef off the Peñon rock encouraging vast arrays of sealife.

A mixture of old and new bars and restaurants offering an assortment of cuisine can be located throughout Salobreña town together with shops and supermarkets to cater for your every need.

Deep sea fishing, mountain  biking, walking tours, golf and many other activities can be found close by.
