This luxury villa is set at the end of a cul-de-sac in a private location within a established residential community. It is very large and spacious with airy rooms and sleeps ten people comfortably. It was our home until january 2005 and so it is maintained and presented to a very high standard. The large lawn, sun terrace and garden which surrounds the pool offers wonderful uninterrupted views of the coastline and the local village of Salobrena.

The villa consists of two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one single with ample room for cot. There are five bathrooms/shower rooms (four of which are en-suite), the master suite has a large roof top terrace. The house has two lounges, one open plan, with a large dining room off, located on the pool level which opens onto an open air covered terrace with a dining area, seating and a fully equipped bar. The second lounge/games room can be found on the ground floor which has seating for six along with a TV and play station (please bring your own games).

• The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and bookings for more than one week will recieve a change of linen and clean. Household towels are provided, but not beach towels.

Prices are for the property per week in pounds sterling.  A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable two months prior to arrival.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Salobreña is a pretty traditional Spanish town where the snow topped Sierra Nevada mountains can be seen from the beach.  Situated by the Mediterranean sea it proudly shows off the 10th century Moorish castle built 105 meters above sea level with the white-washed Andalucian village nestled on the rocks below.

At the bottom of the old town the new part of Salobreña has been thoughtfully developed with wide landscaped streets that are lined with palm trees and a variety of houses and small apartment blocks.

An assortment of tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are easily accessible throughout the town, and during the summer months Salobreña hosts many events and fiestas including concerts, theatre productions,  flamenco dancing and bull fights.

Water sports, deep sea fishing, golf, quad bike safaris and rambling tours are just some of the activities available locally.

SKIING

Sierra Nevada ski resort is approximately 1 hours drive from the villa.  The resort is open from December to April.

Salobreña is located on the Mediterranean coast in the centre of the Costa Tropical, and is serviced by Malaga, Granada and Almeria airports.
