This is not like any other vacation rental, the house is stylishly furnished and has a homely feel about it. The villa was built by a British diplomat in 1963 and renovated in 2003 restoring it to its former glory. Although the airport, beach, shops and restaurants are close by the many terraces and fully walled large gardens will offer you all the peace and tranquility you need for a relaxing holiday.

There are 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with a jacuzzi), 1 separate shower room and 2 separate toilets. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, there is satellite television and a DVD player, internet connection, air conditioning on the top floor, fans downstairs and floor heating in all of the rooms.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.  A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 2 months before arrival. A 25% security deposit is required which will be refunded 2 weeks after departure.

LOCAL INFORMATION
Torremolinos is located 7km west of Malaga airport and was the first Costa del Sol resort to be developed back in the sixtieswhen it was just a sleepy village. Although several of the original shops and bars remain the town is now a mix of old and new exclusive boutiques and shops.
Torremolinos has now evolved as a attractive and popular resort with its clean sandy beaches, a wide choice of hotels and restaurants with a great variety of entertainment, activities and nightlife.  

SKIING

Sierra Nevada ski resort is approximately 2 hours drive from the villa.  The resort is open from December to April.  Click here for up to date ski report.
