NOTES ON PRICES

Prices are for the property per week in euros. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable at time of booking. A further non-refundable 20% is payable 16 weeks before arrival date. The balance, plus a damage deposit of 500€, is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. The damage deposit will be returned to you within 6 weeks after your departure subject to conformation from our property manager that thereis no outstanding damage or cleaning bills.
