This 3 bedroom apartment is located just metres from the beach at Salobrena, Costa Tropical. All along the beach road are many charming restaurants and bars with both indoor and beach-side seating. A further selection of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in Salobrena and the local towns of Motril and Almunecar.

The main living and dining area is on the first floor and is decorated in an attractive Spanish style with plush comfortable couches, a brand new television, DVD and CD player. The kitchen has a full sized fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a gas stove for cooking your Spanish inspired meals. The 3 spacious bedrooms have enough beds to sleep 8. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds as well as a small patio and the 3rd contains bunk beds as well as a trundle bed suitable for 2 adults. The downstairs bathroom is complete with a bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a shower. There is a communal swimming pool reserved for residents and guests.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.  A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable in cash to our agent upon your arrival.  A 100€ security deposit is required upon arrival this will be refunded in full if there is no damage or breakages.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Steeped in history Salobreña dates back to the 10th century.  With an ancient Moorish castle built 105m above the sea level Salobreña is a town where the old meets the new.  The old town built underneath the castle is a labyrinth of pretty narrow streets, with white washed houses decorated with colourful floral displays.  The new part of the town has wide well landscaped roads, with a variety of houses and apartments.

It benefits from a long, wide beach where water sports can be found.  Conditions for snorkelling and diving are excellent with a recently built reef off the Peñon rock encouraging vast arrays of sealife.

A mixture of old and new bars and restaurants offering an assortment of cuisine can be located throughout Salobreña town together with shops and supermarkets to cater for your every need.

Deep sea fishing, mountain  biking, walking tours, golf, birdwatching and many other activities can be found close by.
