The property is ideal for a large family holiday with friends or as a exclusive venue for that special wedding in our own private chapel with a reception, al fresco, afterwards in the moorish gardens.

This superb 3 bedroom Cortijo (farmhouse) is located just 5 minutes walk from the traditional Spanish village of Niguelas, Lecrin valley.  The village is a very short drive from the main Granada to Motril motorway giving easy access to the beaches of both Salobrena and Motril, to the south, the historic city of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort to the north. It is situated in an ideal location for walking, bird watching and many other types of activity holidays.  There are a total of 5 golf courses in the area, the furthest away being Los Moriscos (30 mins), on the coast at Motril.

The village of Jete is just 15 minutes inland from the busy costal town of Almunecar on the Costa Tropical. The apartment is the ground floor of a charming country cottage set in 10,000 square metres of fruit trees. The apartment is very private with its own enterance. There are two bedrooms with en-suite to the master, and a family bathroom, each bedroom has a private terrace with spectacular views. 

This 4 bedroom Cortijo (farmhouse)  for holiday rental is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of the village of Guajar Alto, which is a 30 minute drive to the beaches of the Costa Tropical. The Cortijo is set in its own land, mainly planted with olive trees, and is in a stunning and private location but stiil close to the village. The 3 villages of the Los Guajares offer an amazing variety of things to do including walking and birdwatching.

The accommodation comprises of 2 double, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with showers. The property has a fully equiped kitchen, dining area and a large living room.  One of the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs and have widened doors providing excellent wheelchair access. The kitchen, living room, front terrace, swimming pool and parking area are all on this level making this superb property very wheelchair friendly.  The house is in a great location for walking, birdwatching and many other activities. 

From the coastal holiday town of Salobrena on the Costa Tropical, drive inland for just ten minutes or so winding as you go through the Guadalfeo valley. Passing on the road side orchards of avocado, lemon, orange, nispero, and chiramoya - you come upon the little white pueblo of Molvizar. The "Round House" villa is set in 7,500 metres of fruit trees, just behind the village itself.  In the immediate garden of the house you will enjoy picking avocados and mandarins directly from the trees. The accommodation is very private opening directly on to the swimming pool and gardens. There are four bedrooms all with en-suite facilities.
