This is a very well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom single storey villa just a few minutes drive from both Salobrena and Almunecar. The villa is well furnished and enjoys the benefit of being just a minutes walk from both the urbanizations community pool and tennis court, guests have the the use of both of these facilities. From the private terrace you can watch the dolphins play in the sea during the day and watch the sun set behind Almunecar at dusk.

The fully fitted kitchen is open plan with a oven/hob, dishwaher, microwave and fridge. The large comfortable lounge, with UK satellite TV, has access to the dining area and patio doors to the terrace. The dining area itself has a large dining table, with seating for 6 people, with stunning views over the sea and Almunecar. The Master bedroom has a double bed and a window overlooking the sea. It also has the benefit of an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with twin beds. There is also a full family shower room. The good sized private terrace with patio furniture and a BBQ is included. Al fresco dining does not get much better than this. It really is a perfect spot for relaxing and taking in the stunning views over the blue Mediterranean sea.     This property is unsuitable for the very infirm or people with very young children due to the steps to access the property.  Although there are bus stops a short walk away it is advisable to have your own trnsport whilst staying at this villa. There is parking on the prvate road outside.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.  A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Steeped in history Salobreña dates back to the 10th century.  With an ancient Moorish castle built 105m above the sea level Salobreña is a town where the old meets the new.  The old town built underneath the castle is a labyrinth of pretty narrow streets, with white washed houses decorated with colourful floral displays.  The new part of the town has wide well landscaped roads, with a variety of houses and apartments.

It benefits from a long, wide beach where water sports can be found.  Conditions for snorkelling and diving are excellent with a recently built reef off the Peñon rock encouraging vast arrays of sealife.

A mixture of old and new bars and restaurants offering an assortment of cuisine can be located throughout Salobreña town together with shops and supermarkets to cater for your every need.

Deep sea fishing, mountain  biking, walking tours, golf, birdwatching and many other activities can be found close by.
