A luxury detached  holiday rental villa on the beautiful Costa Tropical coast. The property consists of 3 double bedrooms,  all with en-suite facilities, fully fitted kitchen and separate utility area. There is a large, private, heated swimming pool. 

This luxury detatched villa is perfectly situated on the prestigious Monte de Los Almendros, Costa Tropical de Granada, Southern Spain. The villa enjoys stunning southerly views over the Mediterranean, and old town of Salobrena.

Salobrena has many historic attractions which include a Moorish castle,  museum and 16th century Mudejar style church within the old town there are also tapas bars, restaurants and shops.  Salobreña beach with a further selection of bars and restaurants is approximately 1 km away from the old town. 

The historic town of Granada lies to the north of Salobreña together with the Sierra Nevada ski resort.  The ski season runs from December to April every year  and is about 1 hours drive from the Villa.  Locally situated, Los Moriscos golf course is an 18 hole, links type course with its own bar and restaurant facilities.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Steeped in history Salobreña dates back to the 10th century.  With an ancient Moorish castle built 105m above the sea level Salobreña is a town where the old meets the new.  The old town built underneath the castle is a labyrinth of pretty narrow streets, with white washed houses decorated with colourful floral displays.  The new part of the town has wide well landscaped roads, with a variety of houses and apartments.

It benefits from a long, wide beach where water sports can be found.  Conditions for snorkelling and diving are excellent with a recently built reef off the Peñon rock encouraging vast arrays of sealife.

A mixture of old and new bars and restaurants offering an assortment of cuisine can be located throughout Salobreña town together with shops and supermarkets to cater for your every need.

Deep sea fishing, mountain  biking, walking tours, golf and many other activities can be found close by.

TRAVEL

Salobreña is located on the Mediterranean coast in the centre of the Costa Tropical, and is serviced by Malaga, Granada and Almeria airports.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Strictly NO SMOKING within the actual villa.
  2. We regret that pets are not permitted.
  3. The villa is offered for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
  4. A non returnable deposit of 30% is payable when booking. The balance is required no later than 8 week prior to arrival. Kindly insure that the payments are received net of any transfer costs by instructing your bank to debit you for any associated costs.
  5. We will also require a returnable security deposit of 300 euros, paid locally against any loss or damage to the villa & its contents.
  6. The rental includes electricity, water & gas. All bed linen & towels are provided and changed weekly. N.B. Pool towels are not provided.
  7. The villa is cleaned before your arrival and we respectfully request that you leave the property tidy at the end of your holiday with washing up done & rubbish left outside in sealed plastic bags in the bins provided.
  8. The person making the booking will be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage to the villa or its fixtures & fittings. Any damages should be reported immediately so that items can be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
  9. Insurance. Please note that the villa is rented entirely at the risk of the tenant and no responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any loss or injury however caused. Please check that your personal accident insurance is in order for you and your party during your stay in the villa. We recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to include personal accident and forced cancellation resulting in the loss of any prepaid rental.
  10. We accept no responsibility for any costs or reimbursements due to cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  11. The swimming pool can be heated if required (not usually necessary in summer), for an additional charge paid locally. Please advise us if you may need this service so that the pool can be pre heated to the desired temperature prior to your arrival.
