Spacious two bedroom, holiday rental apartment split over two floors, with large outside terrace and additional balcony, situated in a quiet location overlooking the Marina within just a few metres of the large communal swimming pool and a 2 minute walk to a beautiful quiet sandy cove, with exclusive beach bar and restaurant. Large variety of shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the local town of La Herradura, Costa Tropical.
This spacious, well equiped apartment is located within the Las Lomas complex just seconds from the outdoor communal pool. There is ample car parking space both outside the apartment and throughout the complex.
Within a two minute walk there is a quiet, extremely pretty cove, with a lovely beach and clear blue sea, which is very popular with scuba divers and snorkellers. The Cove also has a bar and restaurant. Two minutes further on you will find the marina, which offers an exclusive range of shops and restaurants where you can sit and admire the boats. The town of La Herradura is a two minute drive away, which again has incredible clear blue water and a further selection of bars, restaurants, shops and banks . A large variety of water sport activities can also be found here. Five minutes drive to the east is the large cosmopolitan town of Almuñecar. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is only an hour and a half drive away. The ski resort is opened from December to April every winter.

Prices are for the property per week in euros. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance due 2 months before arrival. The apartment can be rented on a monthly long term basis.

LOCAL INFORMATION
Situated on the boarders between Costa del Sol and Costa Tropical de Granada, Marina del Este lies to the east of La Herradura. A spectacularly pretty Marina nestled behind rocks covered with local fauna, hosting an exclusive variety of shops and restaurants.
Two minutes drive away, La Herradura also offers a good variety of bars and restaurants, plus a range of shops and a municipal market to supply daily shopping requirements. With its stunning crystal clear waters, sheltered beach and excellent water sport facilities, La Herradura is very popular with out door enthusiasts. Scuba diving, fishing trips, horse riding and wind surfing are all available.
Although Marina del Este and La Herradura benefit from a tranquil atmosphere, the larger towns of Nerja and Almuñeca are only a few minutes drive away, where music and cultural events are held throughout the warmer months.

TRAVEL
Marina del Este is located on the Mediterranean coast on the west side of the Costa Tropical, and is serviced by Malaga, Granada and Almeria airports. There is a direct motorway route from La Herradura to Malaga Airport.
