This spacious, well equipped first floor apartment is located within the Los Moriscos golf complex and is set within landscaped grounds with views to the sea. Situated less than 5 minutes away from the club house and local amenities, and a very short walk to the beach, makes this a superb holiday venue.

The Los Moriscos golf course is a public links type course with the additional advantage of a driving range and practice putting green.  Lessons and equipment hire are also available.  The local beach is long, quiet and rarely crowded, and leads onto the beaches of Salobreña and Motril to the east and west where a large variety of bars, restaurants, water sports and other adventure activities can be found.  During the winter months the snow covered Sierra Nevada mountains can be clearly seen lying to the north of the region, the ski resort is only an hours drive away.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.  A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking.  The remaining payment is due 1 month before arrival.  A 200€ security is payable on arrival and is fully refundable on departure.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Steeped in history Salobreña dates back to the 10th century.  With an ancient Moorish castle built 105m above the sea level Salobreña is a town where the old meets the new.  The old town built underneath the castle is a labyrinth of pretty narrow streets, with white washed houses decorated with colourful floral displays.  The new part of the town has wide well landscaped roads, with a variety of houses and apartments.

It benefits from a long, wide beach where water sports can be found.  Conditions for snorkelling and diving are excellent with a recently built reef off the Peñon rock encouraging vast arrays of sealife.

A mixture of old and new bars and restaurants offering an assortment of cuisine can be located throughout Salobreña town together with shops and supermarkets to cater for your every need.

Deep sea fishing, mountain  biking, walking tours, golf and many other activities can be found close by.
