This superb  holiday rental villa is located in a tranquil position on the urbanisation of Monte de los Almendros, Salobreña, Costa Tropical, with stunning views over the Mediterranean. The property consists of 4 double bedrooms, two have twin beds, fully fitted kitchen and private infinity swimming pool.  

The two double bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and the two twin rooms share a bathroom. There is also a seperate w.c.. The spacious lounge has a large fireplace, flat screen T.V  and surround sound music system.  The dining room is bright and airy with windows facing to the sea. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and has two ovens, hob and large fridge/freezer.   All the rooms have doors to the outside patios, gardens and  B.B.Q area.  The infinity swimming pool is spectactular with views overlooking the sea.  Outside you will also find the laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. There is ample space to park your car and the site is secured by large iron gates.

The property is decorated to the highest standard and is designed around a Morroccan theme with lots of interesting features that have been imported from India and Morocco.

• We provide all towels and linen.  The property is clean on your arrival and is fully cleaned again on your departure.  A mid stay maid service is included within your booking fee for stays of two weeks and over.  We also leave additional towels and linen in the house.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Salobreña is a pretty traditional Spanish town where the snow topped Sierra Nevada mountains can be seen from the beach.  Situated by the Mediterranean sea it proudly shows off the 10th century Moorish castle built 105 meters above sea level with the white-washed Andalucian village nestled on the rocks below.

At the bottom of the old town the new part of Salobreña has been thoughtfully developed with wide landscaped streets that are lined with palm trees and a variety of houses and small apartment blocks.

An assortment of tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are easily accessible throughout the town, and during the summer months Salobreña hosts many events and fiestas including concerts, theatre productions,  flamenco dancing and bull fights.

Water sports, deep sea fishing, golf, quad bike safaris and rambling tours are just some of the activities available locally.
