We are pleased to offer these two, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday rental apartments, which are next to each other, in the up and coming resort of Castell Del Ferro, Costa Tropical. The front line apartments are in a peaceful seafront location with 2 communal swimming pools. 

The apartments are located on the second floor of a four storey block and are served by two lifts. Each of the apartments have 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and a single with bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and 1 with shower. The large lounge diner has patio doors onto the terrace which has superb sea views.

• We provide all towels and linen including pool/beach towels,  The property is clean on your arrival and is fully cleaned again on your departure. An extra, mid stay maid service can be requested if required.  We also leave additional towels and linen in the apartment.

NOTES ON PRICES

Prices are for the property per week in euros.  25% of the weekly rate is reuired at the time of booking and the balance to be paid 2 months before arrival. A security  deposit of 200€ is required on arrival which is returned on departure. The apartment can be rented on a monthly long term basis.  Please contact the owner for further details.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Castell de Ferro, a typical coastal village, has an Arab-origin castle-fortress in the centre, a witness to the historical past of this part of the Costa Tropical.  In the winter months it has a population of around 3,000 however in the summer this increases to approximately 6,000.

Castell de Ferro centres around a main square where most of the towns activities take place (although in the summer months activities stretch all along the sea front).  In the square there are a number of little bars and restaurants which generate a lively atmosphere.  All the local amenities are situated within walking distance of the square, there are 3 supermarkets, newspaper shops, ironmongery, tobacconist, a delicatessen and much more.  The weekly outdoor market can be found each Saturday opposite the main village square, although in summer months this is moved further down the promenade to a different site (due to the size of the market).

The Promenade in Castell de Ferro is a really fantastic, making a lovely walk that stretches some 2 miles in length, and can be extended to 3 miles if you move off the promenade onto the beach. The beach here is mainly pebbles, however in some stretches on the west side of the beach, sand can be found.
 
This is still a very traditional village on the coast and remains largely Spanish speaking and untouched by tourism. Castell de Ferro has a quiet peaceful atmosphere where the nightlife is low profile and mainly centres around the bars and restaurants.

Castell De Ferro is located on the Mediterranean coast in the centre of the Costa Tropical, and is serviced by Malaga, Granada and Almeria airports.
