Recently constructed, this charming holiday rental villa provides peace and seclusion in quiet corner of the prestigious Monte de los Almendros overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the Moorish town of Salobreana on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia.   

The Property faces south and  benefits from sunshine all day plus marvellous Mediterranean sunsets. The property is totally level inside and outside and the doorways are larger than average so would be ideal  for anybody with mobility problems. There is a large living area with sliding doors onto a very large terrace where you find the swimming pool and a covered dining area. The terrace has outdoor loungers as well as sun shades. There are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and each has luxury en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other twin beds both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of cupboard space.

The property is very comfortable and friendly and is finished to a very high standard and incorporates everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable and pleasant.

NOTES ON PRICES

Prices are for the property per week in euros.  A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable two months prior to when the booking begins.   A 500€ security deposit will be collected on arrival, which is fully refundable on departure.

LOCAL INFORMATION

Steeped in history Salobreña dates back to the 10th century.  With an ancient Moorish castle built 105m above the sea level Salobreña is a town where the old meets the new.  The old town built underneath the castle is a labyrinth of pretty narrow streets, with white washed houses decorated with colourful floral displays.  The new part of the town has wide well landscaped roads, with a variety of houses and apartments.

It benefits from a long, wide beach where water sports can be found.  Conditions for snorkelling and diving are excellent with a recently built reef off the Peñon rock encouraging vast arrays of sealife.

A mixture of old and new bars and restaurants offering an assortment of cuisine can be located throughout Salobreña town together with shops and supermarkets to cater for your every need.

Deep sea fishing, mountain  biking, walking tours, golf and many other activities can be found close by.
